Easy Return Policy
If you purchase an item from our boutique and find that it does not meet your expectations for any reason, you are welcome to return it within 7 days of receiving the product and receive a refund of 100% of the Product Value, minus applicable third-party fees and taxes.

- Product Integrity: The seal tag must be intact. The product, including all stones (if applicable), must be undamaged. If the seal tag is removed or the product is altered, the return will be rejected.

- Quality Check (QC): Upon receipt, we conduct a QC which may take up to 2 business days.
Refund Process
- If the item passes QC, we will initiate the refund to the same payment method or bank account used for the original payment. No exceptions will be made for security reasons.

Lifetime Maintenance
- We offer Complimentary Lifetime Maintenance, which is strictly limited to professional cleaning and polishing.
- Damage from wear and tear, accidents, or misuse—including resizing or replacing lost stones (if applicable)—is not included. Repairs are available at a nominal cost based on an assessment by our Quality Department.
0% Deduction Jewellery Exchange Policy
Customers may exchange jewellery purchased from us for a different item even years later.
Valuation
The item is valued at its original invoice price, while the new item is priced at the prevailing gold rate.
Condition
Items must pass QC. Damaged items will incur a deduction of up to 20%, based on an assessment by our Quality Department.
Procedure
To avail of this policy, customers must visit our boutique with the original invoice and all accessories.
Guaranteed Buyback
Gold Bank® offers a guaranteed buyback service applicable exclusively to Gold jewellery. Original Purchase Buyback: 20% deduction from the original invoice price.
- Current Gold Rate Buyback: 15%–20% deduction on net weight, and 30% deduction on diamond price (if applicable).
- Non-Refundable: Manufacturing, stone, and lacquer charges are non-refundable.
- Exclusions: We do not buy back Palladium, Platinum, or Kundan jewellery.
- Damaged Items: A 25% or more deduction applies to the invoice price for damaged jewellery, depending on the extent of damage.
