- Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a Quality Check (QC) which may take up to 2 business days.
- Our CSR will keep you informed at every stage of the return process.
- If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
- For security reasons, refunds will be processed to the same account that was used for the original payment. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
- Once the quality check is successfully completed, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The entire process, from receiving the return to refund disbursement, may take up to 5 business days.
