Delivery & Return Policy

• All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase.

• For returns, customers are responsible for covering all associated shipping and handling costs.

• The item must be returned in its original condition along with all accompanying documents, including the initial invoice, certificates, packaging, and any accessories received with the item.

• This refund and return policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our official website. It does not extend to in-store purchases.

• For returns beyond 7 days, please refer to our Guaranteed Buyback Policy.

• To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Support Representative (CSR) via WhatsApp at +923167067088. Our CSR will guide you through the return process.

• Kindly create a short video showing the product being securely packed and share it with your order number on WhatsApp. This video will serve as a record of the product’s condition prior to shipping.

• Upon verification of the video, our Customer Service Representative will provide you with the return address. Once shipped, please share the courier’s tracking details with our CSR for reference.

• Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct a Quality Check (QC) which may take up to 2 business days.

• Our CSR will keep you informed at every stage of the return process.

1. If the item passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process.
2. For security reasons, refunds will be processed to the same account that was used for the original payment. We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
3. Once the quality check is successfully completed, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. The entire process, from receiving the return to refund disbursement, may take up to 5 business days.
